These terms set the rules for using HireLanz (https://hirelanz.com), including its tools, guides and other content. By visiting or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

These terms should be read with the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of the agreement between you and HireLanz.

1. Who we are

HireLanz is published and operated by Muhammad Anus from Islamabad, Pakistan. Contact: contact@hirelanz.com.

2. What HireLanz offers

HireLanz provides free career and relocation tools and supporting guides. The tools are the International Salary Calculator, Salary Comparison, Remote Salary Calculator, Job Offer Comparison, Job Description Analyzer, CV Keyword Matcher, Career Path Planner, Visa Route Explorer, Visa Document Checklist and Relocation Budget Calculator. How each one works is described on the How Our Tools Work page.

You do not need an account, and we do not charge job seekers for the tools, for a job, for an interview or for a visa. If we ever introduce a paid feature, we will state the price clearly before you are asked to pay, and update these terms first.

3. Using the tools

You may use the tools for your own personal, non-commercial planning and research, for example to prepare for a salary discussion, compare offers, tailor a CV or budget for a move.

Results are aids, not decisions. A tool result is an estimate, comparison or checklist built from what you enter and the assumptions the tool shows. It is not advice, a quote, an official figure, an eligibility decision or a prediction. You are responsible for deciding what to do with a result and for confirming important facts with the employer, the responsible authority or a qualified professional before you act. The Disclaimer sets this out for each tool.

Your input is your responsibility. Enter only information you are entitled to use. If you paste a CV, job description or other text that belongs to someone else, make sure you have the right to use it. Please do not enter passwords, payment-card details, identity or passport numbers, or bank details. No tool needs them.

Your input stays yours. What you type into a tool is processed in your browser and not received by us. We claim no rights in it. The Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

4. Acceptable use

When you use HireLanz, you agree not to:

  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems or any account
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated means to copy the site or its content, or to run the tools in bulk, except for ordinary search-engine indexing that we permit
  • Copy, embed, frame, resell, mirror or republish a tool, its formulas, its reference data or its layout without our written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or compiled data of a tool, except where the law says you may
  • Interfere with the site’s normal operation, for example through malicious code, excessive requests or attempts to overload it
  • Use the tools or their output to prepare false, altered or misleading documents, or to misrepresent your qualifications, your experience or your circumstances to an employer or an authority
  • Present a HireLanz result as an official figure, as legal, immigration, tax or financial advice, or as something published by an employer or government body
  • Use the site to post or share anything illegal, abusive or harmful, if we ever open comments or submissions
  • Damage, disable or overburden the site, or use it in a way that harms other visitors

If someone breaks these rules, we may restrict or block access without advance notice.

5. Accuracy and updates

We work to keep tools and guides accurate, and we show methods, assumptions, sources and dates so you can judge results yourself. Even so, rules, fees, salary thresholds, exchange rates and market conditions change, and we may not have updated something the day it changes. If a tool or guide and an official source disagree, the official source is correct. If you find a mistake, please tell us at correction@hirelanz.com; the Corrections Policy explains what happens next.

6. Job-related and immigration-related content

The job, salary and career information published on HireLanz is general in nature. Openings, salaries, hiring trends and company details can change quickly. Using HireLanz does not guarantee a job, an interview, a visa, a permit or any other outcome. HireLanz is not an employer, recruiter, law firm, tax practice or migration agent, and we do not receive or process job applications.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the guides, images, text, tool designs, formulas, layouts, software and compiled data on HireLanz belong to us or are used with permission, and they are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share and link to our pages. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission. Names of governments, agencies, employers and products mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply that they endorse HireLanz.

8. Third-party links

Guides and tools may link to employer career pages, job boards, government sites and other resources. These links are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or how they handle your information once you leave HireLanz.

9. Advertising

HireLanz shows advertising served by Google and its advertising partners through Google AdSense, which helps keep the site free to use. The presence of an ad does not mean we endorse or vouch for the product, service or company behind it. Ads do not influence what tools calculate or what guides conclude. Please use your own judgement before acting on an ad. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how advertising cookies work and how to control them.

10. Availability and changes to the site

We try to keep HireLanz and its tools available and working, but we do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or remove a tool, a feature or any content at any time, for example when a rule changes, when a data source stops being reliable, or when we find a problem.

11. No warranties

HireLanz, its tools and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work to keep them accurate, useful and running, we do not promise that they are complete, current, error free or suitable for every situation or every reader.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HireLanz and the people behind it are not responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience that comes from using the site or its tools, or from relying on a result or information found here, including anything related to jobs, careers, relocation, immigration, taxes or money.

13. Your rights are not affected

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the laws of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement, or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms explain how we expect the site to be used.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a tool or change how the site works. The new version is posted on this page with a new date. If you keep using HireLanz after a change, you accept the updated terms, so please check back now and then.

15. Governing law

These terms, and your use of HireLanz, are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any part of them does not apply under the law of your own country, the rest still applies to you.
