How quickly we reply
We aim to reply to general messages within 1 to 2 business days. Correction reports are acknowledged within 3 to 5 working days, and reports that a visa, permit, salary-threshold or tax rule is out of date are looked at first, because people may be about to act on them. Requests that need research or verification can take longer, and we will tell you if that happens.

Reporting a problem with a tool
A good report lets us reproduce the problem in a few minutes. Please include:
- the name of the tool and the page address
- the numbers or choices you entered (you can round them, and you do not need to include anything personal)
- the result you got and the result you expected
- your browser and device, for example “Chrome on Android”
If you think a tool is calculating something wrongly, tell us how you arrived at the expected figure. A screenshot helps. Please do not send a CV, passport, identity document or any personal record. If we need a sample we will ask for one, and you can make up figures instead.
Reporting an error in a guide
Send the page address, the sentence or figure you think is wrong, what you believe is correct, and an official source if you have one. You do not have to provide a source. If something looks wrong to you, we would rather check it.
What we cannot help with
HireLanz is a publication and a set of tools. We are not the employer, recruiter or migration adviser for any role or route we describe. We cannot review your CV, tell you whether you qualify for a visa, check the status of an application, comment on a hiring decision, or negotiate with an employer for you. For those questions, contact the employer, the job platform or the responsible government authority, or a qualified immigration lawyer or registered agent.
We do not guarantee jobs, interviews, visa approvals or immigration outcomes, and we never charge job seekers for any of them.
Beware of impersonation
HireLanz will never ask you for payment in exchange for a job, an interview, a visa or a place on a list. Our email addresses end in @hirelanz.com. If someone using our name asks you for money, a passport copy or bank details, do not send them, and please report it to contact@hirelanz.com.
Privacy when you write to us
Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identity numbers or other highly sensitive information by email or through the form. What you send us is handled under the Privacy Policy: we use it to answer you, and we keep messages for up to 24 months after the last exchange unless we need them longer to finish a correction or a legal obligation.
