HireLanz provides career and relocation tools and guides for general information and planning. Please read this page before you rely on a result, a comparison or a guide, because the limits described here are real and they matter most when money, a job or an immigration application is involved.

The short version

Tool results are estimates and comparisons based on what you enter and on the assumptions each tool shows. They are not advice, quotes, official figures, eligibility decisions or predictions. Before you sign a contract, pay a fee, submit an application or move, confirm the facts with the employer, the responsible government authority, or a qualified professional.

Tool results are estimates

Every tool on HireLanz turns your input into a calculation, a comparison, a keyword list or a checklist. The result is only as good as the figures and choices you enter and the assumptions built into the tool, which are shown on each tool page and explained in How Our Tools Work. If your input is incomplete or wrong, the result will be too. Rounding, exchange-rate movements and rules that changed after our last check can all make a result differ from reality.

Notes on specific tools

Salary and pay tools

The International Salary Calculator, Salary Comparison and Remote Salary Calculator work with the figures you enter. Unless a tool page says otherwise, they do not calculate income tax, social contributions or take-home pay, and they do not adjust for living costs. A gross figure and a net figure are different things, and two equal salaries in two countries can leave you with very different amounts. Exchange rates shown are reference rates for planning, not the rate a bank or transfer service will give you. Any market benchmark or average shown is an estimate with a named source and date, not an official statistic and not an offer.

Job Offer Comparison

This tool compares the items you enter. It does not value equity, share options or the likelihood of a bonus being paid, does not model tax, and does not tell you which offer to accept. Guaranteed pay and variable pay are not equivalent, and an immigration authority may count only fixed, guaranteed salary against a minimum threshold. Read the actual contract, and ask the employer about anything unclear.

Job Description Analyzer, CV Keyword Matcher and Career Path Planner

These tools work on text and lists you supply. They do not say whether a job listing is genuine, whether a requirement is negotiable, or whether an employer will interview you. The CV Keyword Matcher measures keyword coverage only. It does not reproduce or predict the scoring of any employer’s applicant-tracking system, and a higher match figure does not make a CV better. Add a keyword to your CV only if it describes something you have actually done. The Career Path Planner shows a general picture of skills associated with a role; requirements differ between employers, industries and countries, and the tool does not predict whether you will get a role, how long a move will take or what you will earn.

Visa Route Explorer and Visa Document Checklist

These tools help you find routes to research and keep track of documents. They do not decide whether you are eligible for any visa or permit, they do not submit or track an application, and they are not immigration advice. A route appearing in a result means it is worth reading about, not that you qualify. A checklist reflects the requirements the authority publishes in general. An embassy, consulate or immigration office can ask for more, and requirements can depend on your nationality, your country of residence, your employer and your current status. Rules, fees and salary thresholds change, often at the start of a year, and we may not have updated an entry the day the change happens. Always read the official source linked on the tool page and, if your case is complicated, speak to a qualified immigration lawyer or registered migration agent in the destination country.

Relocation Budget Calculator

The result is a planning estimate, not a quote. It includes only the costs you enter or accept, and it cannot know your city, landlord, employer or personal circumstances. Rents, deposits, fees and prices vary and change, and exchange rates move. Allow a buffer for costs that no tool can foresee. This is not financial advice.

Job markets, salaries, hiring trends, fees and rules change, sometimes faster than we can update. We work to keep guides accurate, and guides about changing rules carry Published, Last updated and Last reviewed dates. We cannot promise that every detail is complete or current at every moment. If a guide and an official source differ, the official source is correct.

No guarantee of outcomes

Using HireLanz does not guarantee a job, an interview, a salary, a visa, a permit, an approval of any kind, or any other career or immigration outcome. Results depend on your background, your circumstances, the employer, the authority and market conditions, none of which we control.

Guides and tools may link to employer career pages, job boards, application portals, government websites and other external sites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement. Job availability, requirements and salaries on other sites can change or be withdrawn without notice.

Take care with job offers. A legitimate employer or recruiter does not ask you to pay for a job, an interview, a visa or a place on a list. If a listing asks for payment or for sensitive documents early on, treat it as a warning sign and check the company through its official website. HireLanz never asks job seekers for money.

Advertisers have no influence over what our tools calculate or what our guides conclude. Use your own judgement before acting on an advertisement.

Content and tool ownership

Unless stated otherwise, the guides, images, text, tool designs, formulas, layouts and compiled data on HireLanz belong to us. Please do not copy, republish, scrape or embed them without permission. The Terms and Conditions explain what you may and may not do.

Errors and omissions

Governing law

This disclaimer, and your use of HireLanz, are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any part of it does not apply under the law of your own country, the rest still applies to you.
