About Us

HireLanz is a career publication about international hiring: which employers sponsor visas, how work-authorisation routes actually function, what technology roles pay in different markets, and how to apply without wasting months on the wrong route.

Who operates HireLanz

HireLanz is published by Muhammad Anus. Editorial responsibility rests with Muhammad Anus, who writes and edits the site.

What we publish

  • Visa and work authorisation — sponsorship routes, permit categories, eligibility, employer obligations
  • Country guides — Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark and other European hiring markets
  • Remote and cross-border work — how remote arrangements interact with immigration status and tax residence
  • AI and technology jobs — where demand is, what employers ask for
  • Salaries — market ranges and the official thresholds that affect permit eligibility
  • Job-search practice — applications, screening, and spotting fraudulent listings

What HireLanz is not

We are a publication, not a law firm, tax practice, recruiter or migration adviser. Nothing here is legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. We are not the employer for any role we write about, we do not process applications, and we never charge job seekers for a job, an interview or a visa.

Immigration and tax outcomes depend on your nationality, where you are physically located, your current status, your employer, your contract type and the rules in force on the day you apply. Confirm your own position with the relevant government authority before you act.

How we research

Rules come from the authority that issues them. Immigration, work-permit and tax claims on HireLanz are taken from official government sources — USCIS, the U.S. Department of State and the IRS for the United States; BAMF and the German Federal Government for Germany; the IND and Business.gov.nl for the Netherlands; Ireland’s Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment and Immigration Service Delivery; SIRI for Denmark; and EU institutions including the European Commission, Eurostat and EUR-Lex.

Industry sources such as salary aggregators and job boards are used for market estimates only, and are labelled as estimates rather than official figures. Our own comparisons and analysis are identified as ours.

The full source hierarchy is set out in our Editorial Policy.

How we keep articles current

Time-sensitive articles carry PublishedLast updated and Last reviewed dates. Articles are reviewed when the rules they describe change — new salary thresholds, revised permit categories, changed fees or new employment regulations — and the review date records the day the check was actually carried out.

Corrections

If something on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Email support@hirelanz.com Substantive factual corrections are marked on the article with the date. The full process is in our Corrections Policy.

Advertising

HireLanz is supported by advertising. Advertisers have no influence over what we publish or what our articles conclude, and advertising is kept visually separate from editorial content. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how advertising partners handle data.
