Writer and Editor, HireLanz
I am the owner and publisher of HireLanz, where I create and publish thoroughly researched career and employment-related articles.
I independently research each topic using credible and trusted sources, then use AI tools to help organize and refine the research while carefully maintaining accuracy and originality.
Before publishing, I deeply review and fact-check the content, optimize it for SEO and readability, and include reliable sources so readers receive accurate, useful, and trustworthy information.
About
I am the owner and publisher of HireLanz, where I research and write about careers, employment opportunities, job applications, remote work, and the changing global job market. I research each topic using trusted and authoritative sources, analyze the available information, and use AI tools only to help organize and refine my research before conducting a detailed review myself.
I carefully check the content for accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and SEO quality before publishing, while linking to reliable sources so readers can verify important information. Based in Islamabad, Pakistan, I created HireLanz to provide practical, research-backed career information for job seekers navigating today’s competitive employment market.
What I am not: I am not an immigration lawyer, tax adviser or registered migration agent, and nothing on HireLanz is legal, immigration or tax advice. Where an article touches on visa rules, work authorisation or taxation, my job is to summarise what the responsible government authority currently publishes and to link to it, so that you can verify the rule yourself before you act on it.
Areas of coverage
- Visa sponsorship and work authorisation for technology roles
- International hiring markets, with a focus on Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland and Denmark
- Remote work arrangements across borders
- Technology and AI job markets
- Salary ranges and compensation benchmarks
- Job search practice: applications, screening, and recognising fraudulent listings
How I research
Every article on HireLanz is written against a source hierarchy. Sources are ranked, and the rank determines how a claim may be stated.
| Tier 1 — Primary | Government agencies, immigration authorities, tax authorities, official statistics offices, published legislation. Used for all rules, thresholds, fees and eligibility criteria. |
| Tier 2 — Institutional | Universities, recognised research organisations, professional bodies, official EU institutions. Used for context and analysis. |
| Tier 3 — Industry | Salary aggregators, recruiter reports, job boards, industry surveys. Used for market indicators only, and always labelled as estimates. |
| Tier 4 — Editorial | My own comparison, calculation or interpretation. Always identified as such and never presented as an official rule. |
A legal, immigration or tax rule is only stated on HireLanz when it can be traced to a Tier 1 source. If I cannot find the rule in an official source, the article says so rather than filling the gap with an assumption.
How articles are reviewed
Articles that describe changing information — visa routes, salary thresholds, fees, permit categories, tax rules — carry three dates:
- Published — the date the article first appeared.
- Last updated — the date the article’s content was last materially changed.
- Last reviewed — the date I last checked the article’s claims against their official sources.
A review date is only ever recorded on the day the check was actually carried out. Dates are not refreshed to make older articles appear current.
